Heather has almost 30 years of experience in the dental field. The first 15 of those as a CDA and the last 14 as a RDH. In addition, for the past 9 years Heather has been aProfessional Educator for the WaterPik Company. 
Heather is passionate about dental health and education. In pursuit of those ends, sherecently obtained her bachelors degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst summa cum laude, with a concentration in health administration, education and promotion.
Recently, her clinical practice has been incorporating digital scanning into hygieneappointments. When Heather has down time, you can find her on her paddle board enjoying the water and nature.

Angela has worked in the dental field for 28 years, starting as an orthodontic assistant and shortly thereafter becoming a registered dental hygienist, holding licensure in both Virginia and California. Angela served as the PAC Chair lobbying the Virginia legislature on issues important to dental hygienists. She is the owner of Central Virginia OMT LLC and offers therapy sessions to individuals with orofacial myofunctional disorders. Angela is currently the Director of Operations for Airway Circle, a platform for airway-centric healthcare providers to gather for airway education and collaboration. Angela and Bowen have been married for 22 years, have three sons, 18, 16, and 12. They enjoy traveling, sitting on the sidelines cheering for their boys, attending University of Virginia sporting events, and relaxing near the river.

In this week's Dental Handoff, Dr. Kelly is joined by Amol Nirgudkar, the Founder and CEO of Patient Prism! Amol Nirgudkar helps dentists grow their practices and reach their goals.   He is in an unusual position to offer practical insights. As a certified public accountant, business consultant, author, entrepreneur, and former owner of several dental practices, he has 20 years of experience working with dental practices, both large and small.   Through the three companies he founded, Amol has served more than 1,500 dental practices across the United States. Through his work, Amol saw firsthand a growth challenge that all dental practices face. No matter how successfully they may market their practice, almost 50% of new patient calls don’t end in a booked appointment. To help solve that problem, he founded Patient Prism in 2015. The service uses both A.I. and American call coaches to evaluate the way dental offices handle phone calls, identify the callers that didn’t schedule, and teach the team how to win them back – all within 30 minutes of the failed call. Amol co-invented the patented technologies used in Patient Prism. One eliminates the need to listen to recorded phone calls by providing the information visually. The other technology details specific words spoken by the patient during the call so dentists and managers know which services callers are requesting and the revenue opportunity associated with each call. In this week's Dental Handoff, Dr. Kelly is joined by Dr. Len Tau! Chosen as one of the top leaders in dental consulting by Dentistry Today, Len Tau, DMD, has dedicated his professional life to improving dentistry for both patients and other dentists.

Dr Bell earned her undergraduate and doctoral degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently owns two practices in the Raleigh, NC area where she practices full time. Dr. Bell is a graduate of the Kois Continuum and a fellow in both the Academy of General Dentistry and International College of Dentists. Dr. Bell is active in the Academy of General Dentistry where she serves on the Dental Practice Council, Government Evaluation and Review Committee, and as a National Spokesperson. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Bell is busy raising three kids with her husband Brian.
