Gordon J. Christensen is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Practical Clinical Courses (PCC), Chief Executive Officer of Clinicians Report Foundation (CR), and a Practicing Prosthodontist in Provo, Utah. Gordon and Dr. Rella Christensen are co-founders of the non-profit CLINICIANS REPORT FOUNDATION (previously named CRA). Currently, Dr. Rella Christensen is the Director of the TRAC Research Division of the CR Foundation. Since 1976, they have conducted research in all areas of dentistry and published the findings to the profession in the well-known CRA Newsletter now called CLINICIANS REPORT. Gordon's degrees include: DDS, University of Southern California; MSD, University of Washington; PhD, University of Denver; and two honorary doctorates. Early in his career, Gordon helped initiate the University of Kentucky and University of Colorado dental schools and taught at the University of Washington. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah, School of Dentistry. Gordon has presented thousands of hours of continuing education globally, made hundreds of educational videos used throughout the world, and published widely. Gordon and Rella's sons are dentists. William is a Prosthodontist, and Michael is a General Dentist. Their daughter, Carlene is an administrator for a dental distributor company. He is a member of numerous professional organizations.
Gordon is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, a Fellow and Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow and Diplomate in the Academy of Osseointegration, American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, American College of Prosthodontists, Academy of General Dentistry (Hon), Royal College of Surgeons of England, and an Associate Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Some of his other memberships include: American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry; International Association of Dental Research; Academy of LDS Dentists; American Academy of Restorative Dentistry; American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics; Academy of Operative Dentistry; International College of Prosthodontists, and other organizations.

Erika Spring is a clinical dental hygienist by heart and has served her profession in various roles over the last 30 years. Currently serving Zyris, as their Education Manager she holds education and the future of dentistry as a priority to serve the dental profession. She retains adjunct faculty status at Coastal Carolina Community College, and serves EMS North America as an SDA Trainer for Guided Biofilm Therapy.
In 2020, Erika was instrumental in further implementing GBT into the curriculum to be the first dental hygiene program in the US to adopt this cutting edge technology. Leadership and innovation go hand in hand- her quest for quality patient care, practice performance and practitioner satisfaction stems from surrounding herself with leaders in the dental industry.
Erika is an alumnus of Coastal Carolina Community College, receiving her undergraduate degree and setting the stage for a passionate career in clinical dental hygiene. It was not long before Erika pursued higher education, receiving a Bachelors’ degree in Dental Hygiene, and concluding with a Masters’ Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
With an interest in helping dental teams and students dig beyond their clinical skills, she became a certified DISC Behavioral Consultant. Her love for education, innovation and her natural leadership abilities have allowed her to take transformative approaches in her career through clinical patient care, as a full-time educator, and through Spring Innovative, her cultivating consulting platform. Danette is a member of the California Dental Hygienists’ Association, the California Dental Hygiene Educators’ Association, the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, and the American Dental Education Association. She is a past recipient of the ADHA/Sigma Phi Alpha Graduate Journalism Award and the Dentsply Sirona Graduate Student Clinician’s Research Award as well as a contributor to Darby and Walsh’s Dental Hygiene: Theory and Practice 5th edition textbook.

Angela has worked in the dental field for 28 years, starting as an orthodontic assistant and shortly thereafter becoming a registered dental hygienist, holding licensure in both Virginia and California. Angela served as the PAC Chair lobbying the Virginia legislature on issues important to dental hygienists. She is the owner of Central Virginia OMT LLC and offers therapy sessions to individuals with orofacial myofunctional disorders. Angela is currently the Director of Operations for Airway Circle, a platform for airway-centric healthcare providers to gather for airway education and collaboration. Angela and Bowen have been married for 22 years, have three sons, 18, 16, and 12. They enjoy traveling, sitting on the sidelines cheering for their boys, attending University of Virginia sporting events, and relaxing near the river.
