In this week's Dental Handoff, Dr. Kelly is joined by her friend Jonathan Bonnano, the Founder of CULTURA and The Chief Psycho Podcast. Jonathan holds over a decade of healthcare experience working alongside senior leadership teams of reputable Fortune 100 companies and small to midsize start-up businesses in the disciplines of people operations and implementation management. 

Jonathan specializes in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology and is responsible for designing sustainable solutions in the areas of talent, leadership, and cultural development. Jonathan operates by his commitment to leaving people better than he found them with a vested interest in improving workplace health and culture across all industries. Jonathan earned a B.S. in Business Administration, an M.S. in Management with an emphasis in Business, and is currently attending Grand Canyon University to obtain a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (Class of 2023) as an honorable member of Alpha Chi. 

When Jonathan is not working or studying, he enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family. Jonathan holds a strong admiration for technology, design, and architecture. While he did not pursue a career in these direct fields, if you know Jonathan, he will surely bring the style and savviness through every interaction!
